I had the opportunity to work with the team at Mattel leading up to the Barbie movie’s release. Barbie’s pink Corvette is as much of an icon as Barbie herself, and I proposed a Barbie Corvette-inspired keychain for the Fossil x Barbie collaboration.
The Corvette-inspired keychain features articulated wheels and raised graphic elements on the casting. I also worked with the hardware supplier to ensure that the colors had the correct tone and vibrancy, and that the components and finish will remain durable over time.
